We require 12-month service on all new boxes.

A note about Address ID. The Post Office requires your home address as a valid ID  (see next section). This will not impact our ability to 'forward' your mail. We can send your mail wherever you are in the world.

Post Office Requirments

US MAIL regulations require a PS Form 1583 for each name on the mailbox. Our software generates the required forms when opening your box. Spouses however may complete and sign one PS Form 1583. Each spouse must provide acceptable primary and secondary forms of identification. One Photo ID and one Address ID (you must use seperate IDs for each).

Photo ID (address need NOT match applicant home address used on 1583):
