🛍 Amazon Returns (UPS)
We accept Amazon returns with a printable UPS label. Amazon offers multiple return methods — choose one that provides a return label, not a QR code. Pro tip: use the 'innaccurate website description' as the reason for the return. Then when prompted write the actual reason. Their algorithm doesnt understand that South Tahoe doesnt have a UPS Store.
- Use the return option that reads "UPS dropoff box and label needed," or it might read "UPS Drop-off Points" -that’s sometimes tucked away- to get a normal return shipping.
- Don’t have a printer? You can “forward return label to a friend to print.” Email the label to print@mtnpostal.com and we can print it for a small fee when you arrive to drop off.
- Already have the QR code? You can cancel the return and request a UPS label by following the instructions above. Choose 'view return status' then 'edit return' and cancel.
If needed, contact Amazon at 1-888-280-4331 to have them email you a return label.
