How to Get Started
You have two simple options:
- Submit the return using the online intake form, or
- Share this guest form for them to complete directly.
Pick-Ups OR Drop-Offs
- Items may be dropped off at the store, or
- We can pick them up on the South Shore (a $5 pick-up fee is charged to the guest).
The Process
- We call the guest to confirm payment details, the shipping address, and to explain the process.
- We pick up the item(s) if you haven’t already dropped them off.
- We quote the shipment and email the guest shipping options. We ship via all major carriers.
- We ship the items when hear back from the guest.
